80% AR jigs

I was thinking of getting 1 or 2 lowers and doing the necessary work. I know how to use a mill and have access to one so i wouldnt have to attend a build party. Most places seem to be out of jigs though. Is there anyone that rents them for a fee? I just cant see spending the money for only one build. Should i buy more than one lower?

If you are just going to just do 1 or 2 go to a build party cost the same plus you can meet other calgunners.
