I bought an X-Mark trigger for $30 shipped off snipershide.
I put a lighter spring in it, adjusted for minimum weight, sear engagement and overtravel and most people would tell you it's a pretty sweet trigger.

Barrel, sight and trigger work on most pistols and shotguns.
    Most work performed while-you-wait.

I tried that - bought the lighter spring and adjusted for weight, but the sear engagement and overtravel screws won't move. Overtravel I can live with, it was OK factory set. But the sear engagement was too "proud" for me.

Put a soldering iron to each setscrew and then break them loose while they are still hot.

Thanks - you know I'd considered that but didn't want to take a chance without having a back up plan. Great to know for future reference.
