I put a ghost 3.5 lb connector bar in and a spring kit. It's almost too lite. I worry if I ever had to use it for self defence that it may have an unintentional fire. So I replaced the lighter striker spring back to the stock spring. Now it's a lot stiffer. Much better for home defence. Is that ok while leaving the other lite springs in?

A 3.5 lb connector with a stock striker spring, heavy trigger spring and a light safety plunger should be fine.
Just don't combine the heavy trigger spring with the light striker spring unless you also lighten the striker significantly as you will get misfires...Randall Rausch
