I need a lathe with a 4 jaw chuck! Help!

I need to use a lathe with a 4 jaw chuck to turn down the diameter of a bolt. I know how to work them, just do not have access to one with the 4 jaw chuck to make sure my bolt is concentric throughout. Can anyone help me? Maybe someone can suggest an alternate route to turn down the outside diameter of this thing?

How about fab a jig?

A piece of alum round of a known diameter, mill/bore/ream a hole offset the correct amount. Then slit saw the "tube" to create a sleeve that can be clamped down on in a 3 jaw. Or find a 4 jaw! Just a thought.
