RPK build issue

I have a few rifles sitting around that I am working on finishing. Im gonna get the Romanian (cut off front pistol grip) finished up soon and the Yugo. I am having a little difficulty with the RPK. I have blue prints, but i dont think that pre bent receiver is all that accurate. Its a little long and requires the top bent rails to be trimmed down. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how fix this with minimal tools? or should I just go buy a RPK flat and have it bent by jig?

Buy a flat Ask some one bend it for you here. Then just open some holes and rivet weld heat treat.

Did mine from a flat at Roccobro's, was relatively easy - I recommend the flat if that is an option.
