    how tough is it to change hk usp .45 stock front & rear sights to truglos?

    Are you sure TruGlo makes a sight for the USP compact? I don't think they do...

      it's a full size, I bought them from cabelas

        its the same as any other dove tail sight.

        A brass punch an appropriate size hammer/mallet and patience.
