    Wasr 22 extractor

Posted in the rimfire section also, anyways I'm looking for someone with wasr22 experience. I just picked up one and the extractor is super loose and hits the barrel when closed. It will not extract at all fired or with a live round. I've already checked the screw and it has the most tension on it and in fact I stretched the spring a little for more pressure. Any help or advise would be appreciated.

Extractors are a problem on WASR22's from what I've read. I haven't fired mine enough to know one way or the other.
There is a guy on theakforum.net that is/was/will be making replacement extractors.
That is probably a better forum to ask the question too.
