    Front Mepro Sights loose

After 4-5 years & more than 7k rounds, the Mepro Front Sight on my G19 came loose. Can this be a do it yourself fix? If so, what do I need to get it mounted right?

Otherwise, anyone know a good pistolsmith w/ a reasonable turn around time in the Azusa area?

    Thanks in advance!

I have the special 3/16" nutdriver to re-tighten it.
Sounds like there was no loctite the first time.

This is a 5 minute job if you come over.

Are they glock factory night sights, or after market? If they are the factory press on night sights, then they cannot be tightened.

        Thanks for the offer ar15b!

I'm quite a way from Culver City but may take you up on it if I find myself in the area w/in the next few weeks.

        Best!

No they are Mepros that I had a local gsmith install a few years back. I guess it just wasn't installed properly & just came loose after a full day spent in the range.
