what flat for romyG build

ok, long time coming but i finaly have enuf saved for a build. and it just so happens i now work at a high end machine shop and have lots of tools at my disposal. i was planning on buying a nodak reciever but they are sold out and i cant wait. so ak builder flat?which one? i also dont have a jig and there doesnt seem to be any build parties in the near futer in sd. should i just wait till they restock at nodak?
