Looking for a gunsmith in So Cal

I have a friend who has a Marlin 81 (bolt action .22) that he inherited from his dad. I haven't seen the rifle, but apparently there is a problem with the action. My friend isn't a gun guy so his description of the problem is a little vague, but it sounds like when you work the bolt the gun isn't cocking properly.

I'm looking for a recommendation for a gunsmith to take a look at this. He lives in the Chino area, so someone reasonably close to there would be ideal.

    Thanks.
