SF Bay Area Gunsmith Needed

Hello Calguns,

I have found a few gunsmith's via an online search, but I am trying to get a recommendation from fellow SF Bay Area people who have actual experience with a gunsmith (preferred East Bay).

I have a Smith & Wesson M&P Sport and need the stock upper receiver (no dustcover/no forward assist) swapped out for a new Rainier Arms upper receiver that has a dustcover and forward assist on it. I just need a gunsmith to remove the barrel assembly and install it to the new upper receiver.

Can someone recommend a gunsmith that can do this fairly simple job in a timely and cost effective manner?

I am located in Pleasanton.

Okay, thanks for the lead. I am looking to get this work done in the next couple weeks, so unfortunately, that won't work. Thank you for the recommendation though.

If anyone knows of any other individuals, I would be open to them instead of a shop - assuming they are reputable.
