    Mosin Front Sight Adjustment

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to adjust the front sight on a 1946 Mosin Nagant M44? My gun shoots way right, even with the bayonet out. At 50 yards I have to aim at almost the right edge of the target. Can this be rectified by adjusting the sight or should I just leave it in the safe as a collectors item and not shoot it?

    Thoughts?

Buy the sight adjustment tool. It's a pita to have to bring a drift and hammer to the range. The tool is a little spendy, but you can resell it for a little under market value once you're done with it.
