Remove flasg hider help

I'm trying to remove the flash hider on my AR so I can install a YHM muzzle break.

For the life of me I can't find any info on which direction to turn (CW or CCW) to "remove" the flash hider.

I have a Guntec Armorer's Wrench, so I have the right tool, I just don't know which way to turn and I don't want to tighten it further cuz it's very tight as it is.

Help?
