Upper Receiver Milling Assitance

I am finally going to see if I can put my AR47 together and was wondering if there is anyone out there that can mill my upper receiver to accept AK Mags. I have attached a photo I found of the modification needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Do you have a mag and will you ship it.
I can handle it but it's going to be a couple of weeks with the SoCal build party coming up.
