AR Upper Receiver Vice block Question

Does anyone know of a local shop in the East Bay that sells Upper receiver vice blocks.
I need to remove my barrel from an Adams Arms carbine upper to install a Sampson Quad Rail, and I cannot think of another way to hold the receiver safely.

I tried Tracy Rifle and Pistol and J &R in Livermore with no luck.

Get it from Calif Mini. He sells a very nice upper receiver vise blocks that's compatible with both 5.56 and .308.

Jingerale- I appreciate the offer but I need to learn a little patience and it is something I need to have anyway, although it is hard to look at the upper in pieces and waiting!
