    Reading a Weaver Torque Wrench

Can anyone tell me how to properly read a weaver analog torque wrench. There is a clear red line that is the bottom stop limit at the lower end. Then there’s a thin white space and a gray line above that. is the gray line or the red line the measurement indicator mark? Have attached a picture of the wrench that I have and the indicator lines I saw somewhere online that it is the red line but want to confirm that as it’s a difference of 3 to 4 inch pounds if I use the wrong line.

I have torque wrench calibrators and I have not found any of those FAT wrench type tools (yours is the same style) to actually be accurate to any of the scale values.
I use my torque wrench calibrator to set the torque I want and then I test that the wrench is clicking at the right torque.
If you want to come visit, bring your wrench and I can put it on my calibrator to see what it actually does at any given setting.

    Then there is this:

    Most work performed while-you-wait.
