No Press Build Tools for Milled AK Receivers?

Hey Guys.

Got my hands on a Galil parts kit and a M76 parts kit recently.
I don't have access to a press nor do I have the space for one.
Are there any tools out there to do rivets without the need of a press or excessive hammering?
I've been looking at Toth Tools ( https://www.tothtool.com/ ) but he has yet to get back to me on if they work with thicker milled receivers, especially for attaching side rails for scope mounts.

The toth bolt-cutter tool will not set the center rivet of an optic rail.
It takes a more specialized riveting anvil to reach down inside the optic rail to set the center rivet.
