    Easy AK Kit?

If I got this kit from IOINC then I don't have to deal with the drills/press BS right?

All I gotta do is just put all the parts on a 100% NDS3 receiver, screw/rivet it together and I'm done right?

It looks like the barrel has been removed from the trunnion - but you should check with them to make sure that's really the case.

Also - do you want an RPK? (that's what that is)...

EDIT: it says it comes with a new U.S. barrel - so I am guessing there might be headspacing issues???

For the extra money - you could buy a Romy "G" kit and have someone assemble it for you. . .

ALSO - you will need a special receiver for this rifle - it won't take an NDS-3, since the front trunnion is wider. . .

You will need to press the barrel back in.

That can be done with a length of "allthread" and some washers and nuts. . .

That photo looks a little deceiving. If you look at the barrel at the top, it shows the front sight, gas block, and rear sight base installed, but at the bottom of the photo you can see the front sight, gas block and rear sight base not installed. If it does come with a US made barrel, I can pretty much guarantee you don't get a fully assembled barrel like at the top of the photo. Installing all those parts are going to be EXTREMELY difficult.

            Buy a Romy G kit.

DONT BY **** (see feces) from I.O. They are dishonest and misrepresent their junk kits grading.
And after looking at the description of that kit can tell you that the new virgin barrel will need to be fitted. That pic aint what will show up in the box. Get a romy for your first build!
