Help in San Diego! Internal threads cut into aluminum tubing

Is there anyone in San Diego that can cut internal threads in aluminum tubing for me? I'm putting a carbon fiber handguard on an AR build and have an ATI threaded barrel nut and the aluminum tubing, but no means to thread the tubing. I called a local machine shop and they want $100-$150 to do it. For that, I would just buy a DPMS carbon fiber handguard and call it quits.

Any help is appreciated.

I can but I don't think I can do it for much cheeper then the machine shop. It's set up time.
