Remove the recoil pad and see if there is a threaded rod and a nut that can be loosened.
Numrich may have a schematic drawing since they bought the inventory from Kassnar (Charles Daly).

Can't take off the butt pad. The stock is held in by the receiver.

the two screwholes in your butt pad can't be seen because the pad material expanded over the hole when the screwdriver was removed. Did you probe? They could be hex or slot screws. It's a cheap shotgun, so don't worry about damaging the pad.
After you remove them you will probably need a socket extension to reach the bolt.

90% of the stock is broken off. It is in two pieces. There is no bolt going from buttstock to the receiver. I only need to take off 10% of the stock off of the receiver. I can see the internals of the shotgun with the part of the stock still in it

Assuming that you have the larger broken off section of the butt stock: Is there a large hole and hollowed area in the center of the butt? Actually, it would be in the stub remaining intact, as well...
How about some pictures from the rear and sides?

That would have been a handy piece of information to have.

My iPod touch doesn't take pictures or I would. no there is no hollowed out section of the stock like a mossberg or what have you. Which is why I asked if anyone knew how to disassemble the receiver. Look for a schematic at numrich before posting but had no luck. thinking maybe duck tape might be an option now

Steel and wood don't stick to each other well without a bolt or something else to draw them together.

Forget the duct tape. Dry fit, drill at appropriate angles for dowels top to bottom, use Acraglas or similar and clamp.

You don't know anyone with a camera?
