    Polish Underfolder Build ?

I am building my first Underfolder and I am wondering if its normal to do some fitting on the top rails so the Bolt carrier cycles correcrly? Is it ok if there is a little bit of wobble between the carrier and top rails. I can wiggle it a tiny bit when its sitting in position ? Any good Ideas for riveting the rear trunnion seeing as how its different than a normal stock trunnion. I have been sitting back reading other threads and figured it was time to ask. everything has been going smooth and this has been one of the best experiences I have had with firearms. The CETME/G3 kit is next. Thanks.

Are the rails welded in place and is the bolt in the bolt carrier?
Does the bolt travel past the ejector propperly?
    Is it headspaced correctly?
Does the carrier have full travel and does not bind up?
If the answer to all above is yes then you are probably ok.
I dont know how much wobble you have but remember this is not an AR. The tolerances are "slightly" loose for a reason.
If you suspect you have an unusual amount of wobble ,have someone with experience take a look at it to be safe.

yes the rails are welded and heat treatment is done. the bolt is in the carrier. I had a little bit of binding in a few spots on the top rails and did some fitting and now the carrier cycles freely. I trimmed the ejector to fit as well. I am so used to tighter tolerences with building AR's and doing reliablity/carry jobs on pistols I just had to ask.. As far as headspacing goes I do not have my barrel yet and I am a little confused on the process with the AK. I have the gauges and I have matching front trunnion, bolt and carrier. Do I install the barrel, then check headspace and if its not good , remove the barrel and address it. If its not acceptable how can it be fixed. ream the chamber? Anyways thanks so much for your input. And as far as the riveting goes I got the bolt cutter rivet jaws so that problem is solved.
