Required for fitting a Yugo M70 rear trunnion into a M92/M70 receiver that takes a flat trunnion. Correctly centers the trunnion in the receiver.

If your application fits this then yes.
I didn't even know they existed or were needed. But I'm new to AK's

Nope. Those are for using the narrower M70 trunnion in a standard 1mm receiver.
