Just got mine finished except for the paint. It was pretty straight forward except for headspacing. But that was easily figured out with a little Google search-fu.MY 5 YEAR OLD SON DILLON'S BATTLE AGAINST CANCER!!! http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...8#post12121768Comment

So for a while now I've been hinting at building a VZ-58. And with finally being able to secure a receiver, I can start this build. Unfortunately it won't get much attention for a while, since I am still trying to get the G3 build party up and running, and most of my funds are being spent on...
This is the build I used, except I used a Go Gauge to set the Headspace
Easy to build and a great rifle

Ragazzo
First measure your trunion and barrel you want a fit with in a couple
thousands. Then I heated my receiver in the oven at 300deg for a half
hour put barrel assembly in frezer overnight. Have your press already set up
to accept barrel and receiver line all up and press it in it will go nicely but be
quick and have your go guage ready along with bolt and locking lugs. Also
Have the ejector removed from bolt face. Im at work right now but will
Look up the drill you will need you can measure the pin that came with
your kit and reuse it this should be a interference fit.
Any other question shoot me a PM as i dont check here to oftenOriginally posted by gesundheitDon Vito made an offer than Knauga could not refuse
