S&W Target hammer and trigger

I know that the grip frame is the same on Smith&Wesson K and L frames,
but the frame itself is somewhat beefier. Will a target hammer and trigger for a k frame fit an L frame?

Nope. Hammer/trigger parts are frame specific.

The triggers (K,L and N frame) are interchangeable but the hammers are frame specific. L frame target hammers are very difficult to find. I recently ordered one from Numrich. I had never seen them in stock and when it was I got it, after I got the shipping notification I checked and saw they were out of stock again

Also note that the parts will likely need to be fit into your particular gun to work properly.
