Hi all:
I am the proud new owner of a Vector Arms California compliant Uzi. It gets out of jail next week. The FFL let me check it out at their shop and we both remarked that the trigger, even by military rifle standards, is REALLY heavy, like 20lbs heavy.
I know it will loosen up with a few hundred rounds but if I want to be preemptive, can you recommend a good SoCal gunsmith who could work this trigger to have a much lighter release, smoother, etc.
Also, I bought half a dozen 32 round mag kits and the mag blockers. Do you have recommendation on Epoxying them together versus riveting them? I think that I could buy an inexpensive rivet gun, drill the bottom plate the the bottom plate of the blocker and rivet them together so the mag could not be disassembled without wrecking it but it would be a lot quicker, easier to just epoxy them? Recommendations?
