I was completing the first test firing with my nephew yesterday, and had lots of ejection problems. One out of 4 would jam. The rounds would eject out of the breach, but wouldnt leave the receiver. They would be bullet RH side out, sitting sideways, pushed forward by the bolt up against the barrel. After returning home, we compared his to mine. The only difference was the RH side of the receiver were the top lip of the sheet metal is a champfer for the brass to exit a little easier. It was a bit bigger that mine,(closer to the center line of the receiver) so I removed some material, and re champfered it for the best movement of the brass passed it. Havent shot it since. We compared the marks on the spent brass and both guns look the same. Can anyone shed some light on the issue?

I found the ejectors were the same. I also found on weaponsguild the whole deal. The RH side where there is a spot ground out of the top rail for clearence wasnt cut deep enough to clear the shell. Ground it out, now waiting to go back to the range. Thanks for the help.Comment
