Installing A2 bird cage

I started thinking do I install it at 6 o clock? Or at 7,8 o clock? Does it act like a slant brake?

At 1:45 into the video he talks about canting. But that's for his compensator.
At 2:25 he says that an A2 should be timed straight up and down
