What can be changed on a 10/22 tapco stock?

I want to get a tapco intrafuse stock for my 10/22. I don like the stock or pistol grip. I have an sks with the same stock and I've read commercial buttstocks will work but I don't know about the pistol grip.

So my question is can I put a Magpul stock and pistol grip on a tapco intrafuse stock for a ruger 10/22?
It doesn't have to be Magpul furniture just something besides the s.a.w. pistol grip and horrible buttstocks that comes with it. Thanks in advance and I have googled the hell out of this to find nothing.

Also I plain on buyin the utg quad rail and I've read it takes some "fitting" to get it to fit on the tapco stock just wondering if it's worth the hassle and exactly how much work it's gonna be. Thanks

sorry i don't have yes or no answer but im sure you could make a different grip work but who knows what it will take.

that being said i found a different stock with what looks to be a better grip for around the same price

it seems like toy want a tactical style stock so i found these you might like also.

thanks for the links ive been looking at those stocks too. but for some reason im stuck on the tapco intrafuse. ive seen the tapco with the utg quad rail and it looks awesome. so i quess the goal would be tapco stock,utg quad rail,magpul buttstock and a better pistol grip. but if that grip cant be changed fairly easly then i could live with it i guess. thanks again
