Can I bring my AR home?

Hi all. I am a little confused now. I have a post ban PWA AR-15 that I buy back in 1995 in the middle of Clinton and his crime bill AW ban. It is back in the midwest in my friends safe and I was planning to bring it back to CA next time I go there. From what I read before if I put a Bullet button on it with 10rd mags it is good to go and legal. I do have a flash suppressor/ mussel break on it but it would be easy to take off. Now I was just reading this chart

and my rifle is listed in Appendix B so from what that looks like it is a AW and I cant bring it into CA with me is that correct? Is there anything I can do to bring this gun into CA legaly? Thanks for the help all.

Get a new lower that isn't on the list, and sell the PWA lower. You can't bring that PWA lower into CA, the rest of the parts are fine.

If you use a bullet button, you can keep the flash hider.

Strip the lower and sell it to an ffl. Bring back the rest and reassemble with an OLL in proper configuration.

        No, named = AW

See thats the thing on that list you will find three separate ways they can and have determined what rifles are AW and what are not.

First is the 1989 Roberti Roos list
Then you have appendix B & C AR list and AK list rifles by name and model
Then you have the generic rifle features.
If your rifle does not fall under any of the above categories then yes it's good to go.
          Follow the flow chart
