Franchi 612 reassembly help

A buddy brought by a shotgun and needs some help w/ reassembly. What is the order of installation for the spring, dampener, bolt carrier?
This should be the same for the 912 Variomax, 620, 712 & 720. Owners manual isn't helpful.

Slip the action spring over the magazine tube.
Insert the bolt and carrier into the receiver, lock it back, and insert the bolt handle into the bolt to keep it from flying out if you accidentally release it.
Slip the gas piston over the magazine tube just as you have it pictured there - that is, with the spring facing the bolt carrier.
Install the barrel, inserting it into the receiver and guiding the piston cylinder over the piston at the same time.
Slide the forearm over the whole thing, making sure it seats properly, and screw the forearm nut on - just snug.
You did replace the bolt handle when you installed it into the receiver, right? Well then, press the button just behind the words "612 VS" and have at it.
