    Help with FAL...

Anybody in the IE that could help a fella out with a FAL barrel that's over timed? I just need to back it off a bit and re-check headpsace. It's over timed by about a degree. I got it done at Entreprise, and in all fairness they said bring it back if it's over timed, which was fricken obvious when I left the shop. That little voice in my head was just tellin me to run and fix it myself after lookin at the locking shoulder they put in. New rifle, but beat up and in-refinished LS, kinda like washing your car and have a bird poop in the middle of the hood . I don't trust these guys to do it right, and eat the $100 as a learning experience. So any help would be great. I figure it's worth at least a case a beer. Thanks!

Have you shot it, and did you run out of windage adjustment?

I'm going to get it out to the range real soon, but it's obviously over timed. I know for sure I'm looking at 5-6" at 100yds. I really don't want to have to hang the rear sight way over to one side. It may zero, but look really "hack" with the rear sight pushed over to one side.

Gotcha! I'm a brewer so my "case math" is definitely up to speed .
