    delton upper problems

I have a Delton upper and a double star lower
I put the two together in Aug or sept got to finally go shoot a few weeks ago and had some problems I was having jamming issues.
I would load the mag chamber a round and shoot the next round would jam I pull the handle back eject the live round and it would load a good round shoot that and the next round would jam I pull the handle eject that jammed round and it loads a good round and shoot that. and this happened all day.
any thought on why this is happening
should I send the upper back to Delton? please help a fellow shooter new to the AR15 world.

Did you properly lubricate the bolt, etc?
A "dry" AR (no matter what brand) always do what you just described.
Might want to Google how to "properly" lubricate an AR.

I have a delton upper and it oozed oil all over when I got it. I ran it that way and have not had any problems like yours.

When you say "jam" it sounds like youre describing a miss fire? Is the gun loading the following round after you fire but not detonating that round? Is there a firing pin strike on the back of the unfired, live round?

          Two words..

          MORE OIL!!!

As others have stated, sounds like your bolt was dry. Generously lube it up and try it again. Should fix the feeding problems you've described.
