sighting in

When sighting in my AK build I had difficulty getting on the paper at 50 yards.
It was shooting far to the right and also needed lots of elevation adjustment.
I moved the front sight far to the right and even then I was holding at the left edge of the target and POI was still to the right of the bulls eye. Just about out of windage adjustment with the front sight.
I know there are rear sights with wind age adjustment , but wonder if any one has a less expensive solution.

did you try sighting in at 25 yards first?

also what type of build is it? virgin barrel or original barrel?

Type of barrel and who populated it? You might just want to cant your front sight a bit and try it again.
