AK47 template

I found this.
Just wondering how accurate it is, anyone who's built one from an 80% complete flat...
what gauge is the metal used? could it be different? anyone have a template for a unbent flat???

what I'm thinking is that I have access to a turret/ cnc machine and that I could run a few SHEETS of this, I just need a very accurate template to start, I can then autocad it and create a program with like 60 flats per sheet, pay the boss for a sheet and run it on my lunch

so AK flat template,
bend measurements, how tight are they?
metal gauge, stainless steel or aluminized

this works out, I'll have a bunch of flats to throw around, could even use punch outs if the sizes are right for the hole punchs so you'd have to finish the punch with a screw driver or something, make them like 60% or something so there is no trouble to be gotten into...
