im planning on buying a psl kit tomorrow cause the bore is in great condition. where can i buy a receiver and who can build it while showing me how its built

I just checked and I didn't see one listed but try calling them on Monday. As for building it someone can guide you through the build but you will have to do the work yourself unless you take it to an 07 FFL like the place SJGunguy works for.

Being that it would be a registered receiver and not being built from a flat I do believe he can have someone build it for him. I may be wrong but that is how I understand it but I am sure someone with more facts will chime in.As for having it built just sign up for a build party most that are held seem to be able to put together PSL's.

I just got mine from centerfire. If you can't find under psl, search for dragunov.
