Makarov Gunsmith

I just picked up a Bulgarian Makarov, I like it a lot and it's like new. But the spring is ridiculously strong, the slide release almost takes two hands to operate, and the trigger is way too stiff and not smooth at all. And better sights would be nice. Can anybody help?

Springs are easy to replace with Wolff springs, and the slide release is actually quite easy with a loaded magazine, at least that's true for mine.
