    You'll need:

Barrel vise, receiver wrench, breaker bar (3/4" works great), sizing pins, a cup of coffee, among some other things.

You will need a receiver wrench and a barrel vice to start. Timing the new barrel may be an issue requiring breeching washers or machine work depending on how the replacement barrel hand times.

Ah you beat me to it. Yeah you may have to change the locking shoulder too. Re reading your post did you mean to say "Who can do job?"

Breeching washers are for inch pattern guns. Normally you have to take some off the barrel to get it to time out right and sometimes they time without any other work.

Actually a breeching washer or shim may, in very rare cases, be necessary when mixing metric FAL parts. It wasn't part of the original design like for an Inch rifle but can be used if the barrel were to over time with his receiver.

If you want someone to do it, take it to Enterprise in Irwindale. Wait in the shop for them to do the work or you'll be waiting forever to get it back... they do good work but my experience is don't leave it there...
