    Parkerizing

    When parkerizing small parts, i.e. pins, screws etc. that might get lost in the grit blast process is it OK to just parkerize them without grit blasiting.
    Of course they would be degreased.

    Yes.


    Or, get a piece of plastic from a milk jug and put several different size holes in it. Run your part, pin, whatever into a tight hole and blast. I also have a dedicated, degreased spring clamp that stays in my cabinet, to grab the little or odd shaped stuff. Helps to preserve the gloves.


    Either way will work fine, if you take the time with cleanliness.
