    AK hammer problem

After assembly of my AK I have an issue where the hammer is not latching back into the trigger. Any idea of how to fix this issue? The trigger is a Tapco G2 single hook.

Just in case any other newbees need a picture of how its supposed to be installed. The large rounded part of the hammer points to the back of the AK. The Tapco G2 pictures provided with the picture look backwards, which is where my problem began.

On a related side note, please make sure you have the disconnector spring installed.

Is that the ballpoint pen looking spring that goes in the trigger? I saw that one on a YouTube video so I didn't forget it.
