how do I fix trigger slap? I'm running a tapco G2 single hook. my other AK's are GTG running the same FCG.

Trigger slap is the result of excess material on the underside of the disconnector(the surface the spring hole is drilled in) that causes a bind when the action cycles with the trigger pulled. I have to ask...is it an original barrel?
The only time I've gotten trigger slap from a tapco g2 was from an extremely over-gased ak from the gas port being too large for the build.Comment

krink with a E german barrel kept at 16". if I remember, we drilled the gas port the size it was supposed to be.
