I recently purchased a 16.5 inch upper, and I measured my Car type buttstock at 6.5 inch at the minimum extension past the detent, I dont have the total measurement of the upper and lower put together (waiting for my lower), I think that this combination doesnt meet the 30 inches overall rule. Im confused because I see the same type setups on Calguns

I'm sure it will. I had a few that came to 33 inches at the smallest collapsed stock. -
