    Help converting saiga 308

So ive been all over you tube looking for a how to video on converting my saiga 308 but alls I find are videos on 762x39. Is there any videos dedicated to the 762x51 saiga? I ordered my stuff from carolina shooters hoping to start the conversion by this weekend.
A link to a how to video would be great.
    Thanks fellas.

It's basically the same minus the welding. The difference (as per our PM's) is in the hammer, that needs to be modified like the Saiga 12 hammer and you need a new disconnector spring. Also check that the safety will engage, if not you may need to extend the trigger leg so it will be caught by the safety.

Alrite cool. I didnt see nothing bout weding in the vids so just drill out all lower rivets from trigger area and guard then put in new trigger group, pg, and safety. I do remember the part bout the safety. Oh and I bought the pre modded hammer

Don't get the hammer that has been modded for the Saiga 12. They usually take too much off the face and you get hammer follow if you use that in a 308.
I've never watched any videos, so I have no clue if they show welding or not.

on the 308 the mag release is stand alone
most people just modify and weld the stock saiga trigger guard to the mag release

          saves some money on parts

That's pretty much standard on everything but the Saiga 12
