Underfolder stock install help

When I Assembled the underfolder for this build the external lugs will not go into the stock or trunnion holes. There doesn't appear to be any obstructions when I look through them. When I put the stock together loosely I had to tap this piece in as I hadn't quite figured out how the assembly worked. Now the lug tips just barely go past the stock holes.

The interior lug locks up and the stock locks into both positions firmly with very little play. Button is a little stiff but not bad. Any ideas?

Possible you didnt push it in all the way before setting the pin on the inside fork?

Awww, that must be it. It looks like the last pin has to go through the center support pin and BOTH locking lugs, internal and external?
