Good AR-15 book?

I have some 80% lowers that I hope to machine today and some plastic baggies from Stag Arms, chock full of springs, pins, etc. that I'm going to have to figure out how to install.

So what might be a good book for a novice AR builder? One that includes good indtructions on assembly of the lower.

its a book.. instead of page turning right to left you go from top to bottom...

it has words and and pictures and you still use your eyes to read...
