I have a Bushmaster front sight/gas block that was secured with out taper pins (it doesnt even have the provisions for taper pins) with some sort of epoxy. I was curious what type of epoxy and where could I purchase it online or locally?

I think the "official" designation is Loctite 290. It goes on after everything is assembled. My front sight base came with set screws, I installed it and zeroed at the range, tightened the set screws and applied the Loctite. Voila!Comment
