    Best AR OLL lower

Maybe this has been posted before. Never dealt with OLL before.

I like my Colt OLR the best.

And then on a more economical level there are my LAR receivers shown with the Prototype PIN-LOCK and the newest MAG-LOCK on the other.

        Best lower?

The one that is milled and drilled within the specifications.

Other than that, your upper is vastly more important with regards to accuracy and reliability than the lower.

The Pic I posted is not a Colt AR15.
          (5) Colt AR-15 series.

          nor the Kasler list

These Colts are on the Kasler list.

          Colt

          Match Target (all)
          AR-15 (all) *
          Sporter (all)

The LAR Lowers fit just as good on my Colt Uppers as the Colt lower does.

And then there is the CGN lower that (10%) Ten Percent sells.

                    +1 on that.

You can make Vulcans work, but it required some Dremel tool work on my part.

It turns out that the magazine release button for my Vulcans is a proprietary size (smaller that standard). This requires a fair bit of machining to get it to use a standard button (or for California use, a standard size mag lock).

I made it work, and it's a fine gun now. But why bother with the effort if you don't have to?
