What's wrong with the pics? Looks fine to me.

Leave me alone with all of this nonsense and go shoot them for yourself."

      That'll buff right out.

Call Curtis and ask him about his quality control if you would.

That looks like an original barrel so I doubt it's Curtis' fault. He probably never opened the original wrapping.

If it was a Curtis installed US barrel, I'd have to give him **** for not noticing how much pressure he was placing on the barrel to get it seated.

          Indeed.

IMHO...As a seller/reseller it's his obligation to thoroughly inspect what he offers to the public.

          But perhaps that's just me.

That looks like a matched, original barrel Romy G. The bad news is he isn't showing any more on the site. If he "finds" one for you to replace this please let me know. I am hoping he can "find" one for me too for another project.

Wow, that looks more like something you would get from I.O. not Curtiss.

                              Wow! epic.

I have a buddy, build an AK from a flat. Had some trouble getting the barrel in, and instead of the other methods, he chose the, "more pressure method". His barrel has a similar bend, and the damn thing still isn't together. In fact...I think his parts kit is in my garage. In his case, I believe he'd going to try and bend it back.
