PPs43 bullet button design

Here is my PPs43 bullet button design for anyone wanting to build a bullet button for one of the Pps43 pistols (import as single shot by welding a mag wall to a follower and adding a bullet button). Its a simple sheet metal fold up in 16 gauge steel with three holes drilled in it. Not shown in the photos is a "C" shaped piece that fits over the mag release so that the bullet or tool has something to push against.

Installation is just a matter of sliding it over the mag release pivot pin. Once on its quite rigid and solid.

Probably best to get a parts kit or lower for practice/precise fitting before sending one of these BBs to a middleman FFL.

MG34.com has just the lowers for $45 and MGS has parts kits including the lower (but no barrel or trunnion) for $69.

Do you know if this will also work for the Finish KP44? The external design appears very similar.

I like the PPs43 but I don't want yet another caliber to keep on the shelf.

Have not ever seen one in person and looking at photos on the web it looks like there is more than one kind of mag release, one similar to the PPs43 and one more like an AK mag release, so I don't know.

I KNEW as soon as I posted those pics that SOMEONE would want to see pics of the whole pistol...

Zero cap mag in place for transport. Others have been riveted to 10 rounds.

The one bad thing is you burn through the ammo....and all the cheap surplus has disappeared. But the gun is a blast! Well worth the price.

they make a 9mm version now and you can get 9mm barrels for these as well..
