Daewoo DH Fast Action Trigger

I'd like to know if a Daewoo DH fast action trigger mechanism can be gunsmithed on a CZ 75, so that I can decock the hammer with the mainspring still compressed. Or is this trigger job so hard to do that no gunsmith would bother doing it?

Don't know about the CZ75 but I do know they used to be able to do that to the Browning High Powers. Cylinder and Slide used to do the conversions. So I'd imagine it's feasible.
