You should look into getting a complete stamped uf assembly with the trunnion. That rear trunnion on the Draco is rock hard and will need some of the holes drilled.

The trunnion has the holes their
all ready for the under folder
but I was thinking about buying
one of the $109 bulgerian kit from apex
and using the underfolder and parting out
      The rest

How many holes does the trunnion have on each side for the stock? 3 on the left and just the one big one on the right? Or 3 on each side?

It has big one in each side
and 2 small ones in each side
          so 3 per side

I see where thedrickel is going with this.
Some underfolders have locks on both sides, and some only on one side.
From your description it sounds like a double locking mechanism stock you'd need.

The Dracos are kinda funny, I've seen a ton of them and some have all the holes, some have all the holes on one side, some with no holes, and those are some of the hardest trunnions I've ever worked with. Sounds like he has all of the holes, that's good. Your gonna burn up a bunch of bits if they didn't have all the holes.

Hey Domingo, I'm not sure about the underfolder question, the other guys who answered would know for sure though.
